Grades plus 60 +( Men ), 55+ ( Women )

Sunday: Mixed Doubles ( Combined Ages )
Entries to be accompanied by fees, close 25th January 2011
Each entrant will receive a small gift from the Club.

GENERAL INFORMATION & RULES

ENTRY FEE: $35 per player for two events or $25 per player for one event inclusive of NZT Levy. This includes Morning and Afternoon Tea/Coffee. Soft Drinks available at all times.  BBQ on Saturday and Sunday late afternoon. Light lunch available for purchase on both days.

MATCHES all events shall be the best of 21 games with a 12 point Tie Breaker at 10 all. Prize Giving at the conclusion of each day’s play.

PLATE- CONSOLATION-SPECIAL PLATE EVENTS IN EACH GRADE
Every player is guaranteed at least 3 matches per event.

THE TOURNAMENT COMMITTEE HAS THE RIGHT TO:

1. To adjust Grades if deemed necessary.
2. Change the number of games to be played per match, and transfer matches to other courts in the event of adverse ground conditions.

REPORTING TIME:    8.30 A.M.
PLAY COMMENCES: 9.00 A.M. BOTH DAYS

In the event of cancellation, $5.00 per player will be retained to defray
expenses. All cancellations will be broadcast over Radio ZB after 7.30a.m.

THREE Lucky Draws to all Entrants:  One night for two,
including Breakfast at The Chateau on The Park and an unique piece of art gifted to us by one of Canterbury’s prominent Artists the third is a  Tranz Scenic return trip for two Christchurch / Picton.
